Visitor Waiver & Release
Please read carefully before your visit. A signed copy will be requested upon arrival.
Thank you for visiting Magnolia Hill! We are so excited to welcome you for a unique experience with our animals and outdoor spaces. To keep everyone safe and protected, we ask that each guest carefully read and agree to the following:
Acknowledgement of Risk
- I understand that visiting a farm involves interaction with animals and outdoor environments, which may include natural risks such as scratches, bites, kicks, allergies, insect stings, uneven ground, mud, fences, gates, or weather conditions.
- I accept that animals may behave unpredictably, even when handled with care.
- I agree to assume full responsibility for myself and any minors in my care during the visit.
Liability Waiver
- In consideration of being permitted on the property, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Magnolia Hill, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims of injury, illness, damage, or loss arising from my participation in activities or presence on the property.
- I understand this waiver applies to myself, my children, and any guests I bring, and extends to property damage as well as personal injury.
Safety Agreement
- I agree to follow all posted and verbal safety rules provided by the farm, including respecting animal boundaries and supervision guidelines.
- I will ensure that all minors in my care are supervised at all times.
- I will notify staff immediately of any unsafe conditions or concerns I observe.
Media Release (Optional)
I grant permission for photos or videos taken during my visit to be used by Magnolia Hill for marketing purposes, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
Severability Clause
- If any portion of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full effect.
