Check Your Email & Review the Waiver
We'll send a confirmation with everything you need to know. Give the visitor waiver a quick read before your visit — we'll have a copy ready when you arrive.

A few things to keep in mind so your visit goes smoothly from the moment you pull up the drive.
Allergies & Food Requests
Tell us in the booking form about any allergies, dietary needs, or special food requests. We'll customize your charcuterie and treats accordingly — just ask.
Arrival Time
Please plan to arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled start time. We set up fresh for each group, so your experience begins right on time.
What to Wear
We're a working farm — wear comfortable shoes you don't mind getting a little earthy. Dress for the weather, and kids are welcome to get cozy with the animals.
Weather & Cancellations
Virginia weather can surprise us. If severe weather affects your booking, we'll work with you to find a better date. Reach out any time at magnoliahillfarm21@gmail.com.

Birthday? Anniversary? Proposal? Let us know in the booking form and we'll add a little something extra to make the moment feel even more special.
Group Size
Each package has a base guest count and an add-on rate for extra guests. See our Experiences page for details, and include your full party size in the booking form.
